The gym, Friday morning

It took Jaina all of an couple hours to get over yesterday, and so this morning it was back to her normal routine. The way she figured, she'd vented and now she could get to work on repressing. Maybe the repression was why she wasn't paying attention to any bad feelings, or maybe she was just far too used to them.

She hadn't had much time at all in the gym this week, which she decided she needed to fix by starting out with some time on the treadmill and then heading for the bag. She'd probably head to the flight shed later, but for now she was happy getting sweaty. Not dirty.

[Okay that did not take half as long as I thought it did. Will be in and out but around so open yay!]

Adam felt like he hadn't been to the gym in forever, and being used to working out just about everyday, ...well, that wasn't good. Preferring a morning workout to a later one, Adam made his way down to the gym.

He was looking forward to getting some time in with the bag and maybe some kata routines, if he felt up to it.

"Hey," Adam replied, smiling lightly. He figured he should probably stretch a bit, before starting anything. He had yet to get injured from working out, he wasn't about to start now.

"Probably not," Adam admitted, shaking his head ever so slightly. "I haven't been working out as much as I used to," he added. Yeah, that didn't bode well with him. Not at all. "I'm Adam, by the way," Adam wasn't sure if they'd met before, so he figured introductions wouldn't hurt.

"That's a good question," Adam chuckled, not really sure. "I guess I just got busy with work and workshops," he admitted, with a slight shrug. Not to mention the time spent heading home to help his friends out.

Yeah, the was probably it.
