Fourth Floor Common Room, Afternoon

Anyone who came into the fourth floor common room would be greeted by the site of a chimp, sitting on the couch and watching TV. He wasn't just watching it though, he also had a bowl of popcorn for throwing at the TV when it got too stupid, and a remote for changing the channel when he got bored.

The chimp was actually have some trouble staying on one channel and seemed to be changing them every few minutes.

Joan gave him a puzzled look. "So what are you?"

< An Angelino? > Marco said with a laugh in his mental voice.

Cause that really didn't help clear things up for Joan.

< Angelino? You know, from that small, So Cal city? Where they make all those unknown movies? > Marco was way too amused.

"Are you saying that you're usually human?" Joan asked.

There was a long pause. < Yeah? What did you think I was? > Marco said then paused again. < Seriously, you thought I was a a... thinking chimp? >

"I met a talking frog yesterday!" Joan protested, pouting. "And I've never met someone who could be a chimp and a person."

< I'm not talking! > Marco informed her. < And I know, well, I know five people. Four. And an alien. >

Joan's eyes got very wide. "Seriously? And how was I supposed to know? I just got here yesterday and this place is weird."

"Well, now, I don't think it would be fair for me to say that until I see what you look like when you're not a chimp," Joan teased.

< Oh that's just not fair! > Marco informed her with a bit of a whine. < I'll introduce myself to you in class, then. >

"What classes are you taking?" Joan asked.

< Well, uh, there was sorta this computer glitch or something? So um...> If mental voices could mumble, Marco would be doing that. < Sex Ed, Care of Magical Creatures, Literature, and Surviving Your Own Cooking which my mun just failed. Uh, you? >

Joan's cheeks got very pink. "My mother picked my classes. I'm in Sex Ed, too. And Leadership and History."
