Pool [Thursday Night]

Hannibal had no idea how long he was going to be a girl but he'd be damned if he wasn't going to take advantage of it. He'd never been down to the pool and it seemed like the best place to go to both relax and show off the body he was beginning to really, really love.

One swimsuit and one towel later, he was down at the pool, testing the water with his legs. It was cool but he knew he'd get to used it. Still, no reason to rush.

"Oh, hello," she said vaguely but cheerfully enough, "should I ask if you are always you or simply go with the flow and ponder the mystery?"

"Up to you," Hannibal said cheerfully. "I don't really have any kind of preference."

"I don't suppose it matters either way," she mused, contemplating the water. "As we're all still ourselves in our heads as much as any of us can be, really, though it might make it a little more simple to address someone by their name rather than anything else."

"True," he said, nodding. "I'm Hannibal. My original body's just been misplaced or something. I got this one instead. I'm really not complaining."

"Viki, and I still think that the hats were at it again, and none of us really noticed it. Considering it was the hats last time..." It was logical for her, really. "I don't think complaining would help, so I haven't."

"The hats?" Hannibal questioned before slipping into the pool. "What hats?"

She settled herself carefully at the edge of the pool. "The hats from the time when people signed up to be changed," Viki explained. "They must have gone rampant and invisible so that we'd not notice all of the changes until the morning."

"Oh, I missed out on that," Hannibal said. "That was more of changing the bodies of people already here. Far as I know, no one else is wandering around with this body."

"I did it, though I shouldn't think I would do it again," Viki admitted, "and that is why I said rampant, because clearly then they do not have to follow the usual rules."

Chuck had handwavily bought a bathing suit from the Pixie Dust and was totally taking advantage of his new found...boobliness.

"Glad to see I'm not the only one who had this idea," he said. "You're hot, by the way."

Chuck didn't particularly care if this was a girl or a dude-as-a-girl. Hotness should be pointed out at all times.

"So are you," Hannibal said, deciding it was just fine if he stared at her. She complimented him, he'd check her out. "Water's great too."

"Excellent. I'd hate to think I bought this bikini for nothing," Chuck said, dropping the towel and heading towards the edge of the pool to test the water. It wasn't too bad but Chuck would have to get in slowly. He was kind of a wuss when it came to such things.

"So. Are you normally a guy or have we kept missing each other by some tragic twist of fate?" he asked.

"Normally a guy," he said honestly. "But, a damn hot girl for the day. What about you?"

"Same," Chuck said. He got about waist deep in the water before having to take a break. He so wasn't looking forward to getting his boobs in the water. "Chuck Bass normally, actually."

"Chuck?" Hannibal laughed and then shook his head. And then pushed his hair out of his face. He could do without that. "It's Hannibal inside here."

Chuck laughed. "Really? That's great. Never expected you to look so hot as a girl. Good work."

"I can't really take all the credit," Hannibal said and shrugged. "I got lucky or I did something right in a past life. Nice rack, dude."

Claire wasn't normally a big swimmer. Blame the skin that tended to go from white to crispy-fried red in a few seconds.

But the water sounded peaceful tonight, and she had to admit she got a little thrill out of swimming topless, even if it was without breasts. So she was down at the pool, hair back in a ponytail, dressed in a forgivingly stretchy pair of bike shorts.

"Hi," she said, testing the water with one foot.

"Hey there," Hannibal said, unable to figure out who he was but still smiling. "New here?"

Go with the safe question, he figured.

"I was at the start of the month," Claire said. "I'm not usually ..." she gestured to herself. "I'm Claire."

"Ah, you got hit with the...whatever this is too," Hannibal said, laughing. "Me too. Hannibal King, normally a guy."

"I don't think we've met," Claire said. "I'd remember that name. Hannibal." She tugged on her ponytail. "My hair's probably the easiest way to recognize me, when this wears off, and I hope to god that is soon."

"Good to meet you then, Claire," he said, nodding. "Not liking the whole experience of being a guy?"

She settled into the water, shivering only a little. "I like swimming shirtless," she said bluntly. "The rest of it? You can keep it. How do you like being a girl?"

"I like the legs," he said and laughed. "Getting used to the other parts. Things are a lot more sensitive in a lot of different areas."
