Second Floor Common Room, Sunday Morning
After the influx of new student yesterday, Ender had debated whether or not he actually wanted to talk to any of them. Eventually, he settled for the middle option - head into a common room and see if anyone shows up - which suited him fine.
He had a book, and a notepad full of scribbled notes of something that just wasn't quite materializing the way he'd like. And he had a couch to sit on, with a good view of the area, so that he could remain aware of anyone coming in while he was working.
It worked out well that way.

Noticing Ender in the common room he gave him a grunt that could be interpreted as a greeting.

"Dude. We got any sugar bombs around here?"
no subject
"I don't think we have any bombs," he said, "Sugar, maybe."
no subject
"How about sugary cereal?"
A growing, hyper teenaged boy needed his morning sugar high.

He looked like Dean, but he didn't move like Dean. Or dress like Dean.

"Morning." he said to Ender as he hopped up onto the counter.
