Cheerleading Practice -- Wednesday After Classes, In The Gym

Savannah was cheerfully bouncing around as she set everything up for practice.

The mats were pulled out and there was a table of healthy snacks and caffeine -- along with bottled water.

Once everything was set up to her liking, she started stretching out.

It'd been a good few weeks since Angela had done any of this sort of exercise, and she was looking not to end up pulling anything, so yes, she was warming up.

That warming up currently involved sitting on the ground and reaching towards her toes.
