Cheerleading Practice -- Wednesday After Classes, In The Gym

Savannah was cheerfully bouncing around as she set everything up for practice.

The mats were pulled out and there was a table of healthy snacks and caffeine -- along with bottled water.

Once everything was set up to her liking, she started stretching out.

It'd been a good few weeks since Angela had done any of this sort of exercise, and she was looking not to end up pulling anything, so yes, she was warming up.

That warming up currently involved sitting on the ground and reaching towards her toes.

Hannibal...was so not feeling up to warming up. He was going to have to get back into this slowly.

So, he sat down and tried stretching his legs. Because it let him sit down. Yay sitting.

Kaylee was warming up, and truth be told, she'd gotten way better at actually doing proper stretches rather than just flailing her legs around in an approximation of what other people were doing.

Hannibal didn't exactly go through a routine but he did practice a few of the more male oriented steps. Lifts and such. Just to make sure he still had it.
