Cheerleading Practice, Gym [Wednesday, After Classes]

Angela was feeling so very much more cheerful today than the last time she did this, and was down early to set out the mats, sign in sheet, and put out bottles of water. Hydration is key, as always.

That done, she threw in a CD, upped the volume and settled down on the mats to warm up.

Kaylee was getting so flexible, she could completely bend at the waist over her lap and hold onto her feet.

Not that this was a huge accomplishment, but she thought it was pretty shiny.

She also was on her last clean pair of comfy cheer-type shorts, and she'd resorted to wearing a sports bra to practice rather than anything more substantial. It weren't like anyone was probably looking, and even if they were, there wasn't much there anyway.
