4th Floor Common Room [Sunday, Around Midday]

Angela had been up late watching movies last night, so she was up late today. Most teenagers would agree that mornings were not meant for being awake for anyway. Especially not when it was a Sunday.

Eventually she made it to the common room. And now? She was dancing to whatever was playing on MTV and cooking breakfast.

Uh. Sort of. if you could call toasting ready-made waffles 'cooking'. Angela did.

[[Ooooopen, obviously.]]

"Oh, wow, morning," Lois said, feeling kind of bad she couldn't muster up the same perkiness. She didn't wake up until...3ish. "Thank god for this floor. I thought I'd have to drink this black and, ew, that would suck."

"Fifth," Lois said, pointing up. "The one that seems to be lacking coffee accessories this morning. I guess I should be lucky I found a mug up there. I could be drinking coffee out of a bowl or something."

"I don't think have the coordination to drink out of a bowl this early on a Sunday. Thanks," Lois said, accepting the cream gratefully. "Oh, sorry, I'm Lois."

"Yep, I'm indeed that Lois," she said, smiling as she poured a good amount of cream into her coffee. "Not that I think there's another Lois around here. You'd think I would have picked up on something like that."

"Oh, good. My observational skills are still in tact," Lois said before taking a deep drink of her coffee. "God, I needed that."

"The opposite. Valentine's Day and I was alone so I figured I'd try to see if beer and candy tasted good together," Lois said. She paused. "The chocolate was a mistake but the Skittles weren't half bad."

"Ooh, that does sound good. I might have to try that," Lois said, not that she needed much reason to drink these days. "Wow, if I had known you before today we could have gotten together and had a weird food and drink combination soiree or something last night."

"Seriously! Beer and Skittle vodka is for all occasions, just like chocolate and Chinese food," Lois said.

"Definitely. I'm always looking to hang out with people with the same adventurous taste as me," Lois said, hoping that Angela didn't electrocute herself when she stuck the fork in the toaster.

"Oh, sure, thanks," Lois said with a smile. "I always end up burning waffles whenever I try to make them. Well. Either them or myself. Sucks either way."

"I think even the toastery ones might suffer disaster at my hands," Lois told her. "I have the worst luck with that sort of thing."

Lois chuckled. "Yeah, that's pretty much where I go wrong too. Too many shiny things around to distract me."

"I think the world needs to get on creating more microwaveable food," Lois said, taking a bite of her waffle. "Or at least make the microwaveable bacon taste better."
