Second Floor Common Room, Wednesday Evening

Wednesday night found Firekeeper and Blind Seer, as usual, in the common room for their weekly dose of Darkest Night.

At first, tonight's episode had looked especially promising, as the plot claimed to center around a girl who'd been raised by wolves.

Within minutes, though, there was a somewhat annoyed-looking girl who actually had been raised by wolves throwing the occasional piece of popcorn at the screen.

Those weren't even real wolves they were using!

"Hey," Tony waved. "No worse than usual, I'd say."

"So, dumb and predictable but kind of weirdly entertaining?" Claire asked, flopping into a chair. "I can hang out here."

"Cool," Tony said. "How've you been?"

"Eh, kind of the usual stuff?" Claire said, shrugging a little. "I graduate soon, so I'm trying to figure out the college thing, but that's just depressing. And I'm working on a show for the art club. You?"

"The usual, too," Tony said. "Is that the Art Crawl thing? I think Geoffrey's doing something for that."

"Art Crawl," Claire repeated, doing a tiny, low, fist-pump because she had to. "Cal talked to Geoff. He's into it. So are you in the play?"

"I'm the stage manager," Tony said, with a touch of pride.
