Second Floor Common Room, Wednesday Evening

Wednesday night found Firekeeper and Blind Seer, as usual, in the common room for their weekly dose of Darkest Night.

At first, tonight's episode had looked especially promising, as the plot claimed to center around a girl who'd been raised by wolves.

Within minutes, though, there was a somewhat annoyed-looking girl who actually had been raised by wolves throwing the occasional piece of popcorn at the screen.

Those weren't even real wolves they were using!

"Has been a long time," Firekeeper said doubtfully. "Still, she thinked she was only one, and I thinked I was only one, so... maybe there is still more others."

"It's certainly worth looking into," Merlin replied. Even if his only solution involved magic. Which was hardly something he'd share around.

"You help with this, perhaps?" she asked hopefully. In her experience, 'looking into' almost always involved reading, which presented something of a difficulty in that, well. She couldn't.

"Of course!" Merlin had already started making plans for a library trip. And to look into his book.

"Good!" she grinned at him. And then, because she wasn't entirely bereft of manners: "Thank you."

Merlin waved her off. "No need for that. I'm just as interested as you."

"You will be the one doing any reading," Firekeeper pointed out, a little sheepishly. "Blind Seer know a little, but I am only knowing a few picture-symbols. No help there."
