Second Floor Common Room, Wednesday Evening
Wednesday night found Firekeeper and Blind Seer, as usual, in the common room for their weekly dose of Darkest Night.
At first, tonight's episode had looked especially promising, as the plot claimed to center around a girl who'd been raised by wolves.
Within minutes, though, there was a somewhat annoyed-looking girl who actually had been raised by wolves throwing the occasional piece of popcorn at the screen.
Those weren't even real wolves they were using!
[ooc: ohhhh so very open.]

"Well. Yes." That was why he was seeing her, right? "May I kiss you?"
Sure, Merlin. Ask that when you can barely look her in the eye without thinking she was going to think you mad.

Nobody had ever actually asked her that. If you didn't count Jimmy Conroy in fourth grade, and really that was more like offering her a dollar and the other half of his Nutty Buddie if she'd let him.

A beat. "Have you kissed her?"

He wasn't certain anymore.

...It would be nice to think that throwing herself at him and kissing him was a well-thought-out and rather elegant response to that question, but it didn't really qualify on either count.

This was certainly better than the time with Gwen. He wasn't half dead now and... Huh.
Merlin waved his hands inches from Francine's waist, wondering where on earth he was supposed to put them.

Not that fruit helped or anything, but...
He tilted his head to the left to try and make sure they weren't crushing noses. Of course, he still had his hands waving about like a mad man. And they were in a common room.

It was too low for her back and too high for her legs so...

shriekedsaid, pulling his hands away and putting a good two feet between them."We--we have an audience."
