Second Floor Common Room, Wednesday Evening

Wednesday night found Firekeeper and Blind Seer, as usual, in the common room for their weekly dose of Darkest Night.

At first, tonight's episode had looked especially promising, as the plot claimed to center around a girl who'd been raised by wolves.

Within minutes, though, there was a somewhat annoyed-looking girl who actually had been raised by wolves throwing the occasional piece of popcorn at the screen.

Those weren't even real wolves they were using!

Tony grinned. "Was there anything cool about being a bird?"

"Flying," Merlin said, looking a touch wistful. "I wouldn't mind doing that again."

"Awesome," Tony said. "I've been up in an airplane, but that's not nearly as cool as flying on real wings."

"If I can figure out how to do it on purpose, I can show you," Merlin offered.

"Dude. That'd be, like, the coolest thing ever," Tony said. "I mean, if I could change back when I got hungry."

Raw meat was good at the time, but... ugh.
