The Roof - Friday Evening

Chuck's little, ah, problem had cleared up yesterday but he didn't let himself out of his self-imposed imprisonment until Friday afternoon. He wouldn't put it past Peter to lull him into a false sense of security and then make it all come back while he was in public or something. He went to the roof after the cheerleading auction with a couple joints to get stoned out of his mind. He planned on staying high for most of the weekend, actually. Probably not the smartest thing to do since at some point he wanted to go get that camera from Dean but, whatever. This was fun.

Oh god, they both talked like Oprah. Chuck was glad he punched Jess now.

"Excuse me if I don't write him a thank you note," Chuck replied, shaking out his hand. That had fucking hurt.

"I'll leave the construction of a Sam shrine to you," Jess shot back, putting his fingertips up to the side of his face again. "You know what? If you want the whole roof, you can have it. If I listen to any more from you, I'm gonna throw up."

Please, Chuck hadn't nearly reached Peter-levels of girliness. He was planning to go into complete denial about what he did say, however.

"Now I know exactly how to get rid of you the next time we run into each other," Chuck said. "Thanks."

Jess scowled and shot Chuck an angry look before stomping away. If he ended up with a bruise tomorrow, he was going to be pissed.
