4th Floor Common Room, Post Un-zombiefying

Marco was half passed out on a couch in the common room. The problem with being a wolf all day was that he kept having to re-morph and wolves used different muscles then humans. The result was that he felt like he had run about forty miles and was refusing to move.

He did have the energy to put on one of the meta forJames Bond movies and put out a few bowls of mints. Yeah. Mints.

Jen wasn't going to apologize to anyone if the fifth floor was out of hot water, not right now. Freshly showered and dressed in sweats (black, actually, there's a shocker) and a t-shirt (that was pink, so the world wouldn't end), she stalked down one floor to avoid the wrath of similarly hygiene-needy floormates and flopped onto the couch.

"Being an animal sucks. Being a whole bunch of them is worse."

Marco grunted from his couch. "Tell me about. I think I just got two months of exercise in two days."

Hurley wasn't even really starting with 'Hi'. He started going around and trying to hug people. Jen included.

Triela nodded a distracted greeting to Jen. It was good to see the other girl in once piece and in relatively good shape.

This wasn't Warren's floor. It wasn't. It never would be.

But today, he felt an intense need to be around someone or something breathing, and he'd just wandered up the stairs until he'd come across signs of life.

Life was pretty cool.

"Brosnon." Marco said. Still not moving.

It might have been a terrible idea, but Hurley went to just hug Warren, no 'hello' or anything.

The more people Angela could check on, the better she'd feel after everything she'd seen today.

That would be why when she heard noise from the common room on the way back from her shower, that was where she stopped in, seven with her hair still damp, hugging her robe around herself over her pajamas.

"Have a mint." Marco said helpfully from where he was refusing to move.

Hurley didn't even say hi. He just moved to try and hug Angela.

Hurley was on his way up to his room, and he stopped when he heard the gathering of people. He came in, just happy to be human and to have friends around him that he wasn't trying to eat.

"Have a mint and a thoughtless movie." Marco informed him from the couch where he had turned into a pile of goo.

Triela came in a bit later than most, she hadn't showered or changed, but shedding her coat meant that she looked oddly clean. Except for the gore on her boots and in her hair. But clean-looking pants and shirt were sort of impressive.

She looked around, counting heads, wondering if she'd have to go out and find anyone out there.

"Have a mint." Marco offered from where he was doing his best jelly-fish impression on the couch. Not literally.

Hurley was just hugging everyone that came in, really. So he walked over and held out his arms, invitingly. He tilted his head, as if to say 'Okay with you?'

It wasn't right to just end a big fighty type thing and not collapse along with a bunch of other people, or celebrate, or something. So Buffy made her way up to where there were people, wondering if she was going to have to apologize to anyone for trying to kill them.

Hurley spotted Buffy when she came in, and walked over with his arms out.

"Thank god we're all alive hug?" he said.

"We have thoughtless movies and mints." Marco informed her from where he was not moving.

Jess almost never liked to be around people, let alone people he hardly knew. But after the weekend, he didn't really want to be alone with his thoughts, so socialization was the only answer.

"Have a mint." Marco informed him from where he was vegging on the couch.

Blossom was done (and her costume soaking in the sink) and Momoko needed to be around people. And chocolate. Surely one of the two could be found up here?

"Hi!" Momoko waved at the room. With her non-yo-yo hand.

"Hey, Momoko," Triela nodded. She watched the other girl carefully, trying to see if she'd been injured out there. Physically or mentally.

K-Mart was restless now, thanks to the fighting, which meant that she was wandering around the common rooms to see who all was there. When she saw the movie playing on the fourth floor, she settled into a chair.

Hurley shuffled over to K-Mart and kind of stood, awkwardly.

"Uhhhhhh, you want a hug?" he said.

Alice had showered, and Alice felt astonishingly human again. She lingered in the doorway of the common room.

"Is there food?" she asked, hesitantly. "I don't ... want to intrude but I was ... hoping there might be food?"

And company. Loathe though she might be to admit it, Alice was quite earnestly hoping not to be alone.

"There's food in the fridge, I have no energy to move." Marco informed her. "There's mints, company, and explosions here."

"...So this is where everyone is," Cal noted, emerging from his room.

"Either here or learning how to swim in the showers." Marco guessed.

Jill peered around the door frame and asked, "So, uh, is everybody sane again?"
