Hurley was camped out onto a couch, eating from a bowl of popcorn as he watched the very special Expose marathon on TV.

Hey, he was a dude. It was okay to do this sort of thing from time to time.

Harry had completely failed at not being a hermit for weeks now. It was, he decided, probably time to do something about that. He wasn't about to get too crazy though. He was just walking down the hall towards the smell of the popcorn.

"Quality entertainment?" He grinned from the doorway.

Hurley looked over and grinned at Harry. "I wouldn't say that, exactly."

"Quality wardrobe department," Harry suggested. "Very important in the television industry." Because wizards who make electronics of all sorts go kablooey on a regular basis are experts in this sort of thing.

"Dude, I don't even try to justify watching this," Hurley said. "All I know is, here I don't have to worry about my mom coming in and shouting at me for it."

Harry nodded. "I don't judge. I just don't watch much of anything. That way nothing blows up."

"...You don't like watching things blow up?" Hurley said, not catching Harry's drift.

"The highest quality," Agnes answered with a dismissive shake of her head.

"The highest quality lowbrow entertainment you can enjoy?" Harry asked, looking over at Agnes.

Agnes shrugged. "I'm not the one doing the enjoying," she answered. "This isn't really the kind of thing I like."

"It was on when I got here," Harry said. "I try to avoid electronics."

"Oh, me, too," Agnes told him. "But they're not so scary once you get used to them. And they DO seem to be easy enough to figure out, if you're willing to make the effort."

Penelope might have been searching for Hurley and felt the common room should be checked first. She was pleasantly surprised to see him and she stepped over to the couch, grinning down at him. "Hello, Hurley."

Hurley looked up and smiled. "Oh, hey Penelope," he said. "Want some popcorn?"

Perhaps popcorn would distract Penelope from the fact he was watching a show about strippers who fight crime.

She sat down, still grinning, and took some of the offered popcorn. "Thank you. How are you today?"

It might distract her for the moment, yes.

"I'm good," Hurley said. "Had a quiet couple of days."

"Me too," she nodded, enjoying the popcorn. "We should get out more, shouldn't we?"

"I guess?" Hurley said. "I mean, I get out and stuff. Sometimes."

Agnes raised an eyebrow at her. "Hullo," she said with a sweet smile. "Are you quite sure you approve of this?"

"Hello," Penelope replied, her smile cheerful. "I'm not certain I would watch it, and I suppose it's rather...different than anything I've ever seen." Different was putting it nicely. "Hurley is watching it and he was here first."

Agnes wandered in, looked at the screen, and snorted amusedly. "Men.."

Hurley looked over, and was a wee bit embarrassed. "Oh, uh.... yeah."

He had no way to defend it, really.

"Oh, no need to be embarrassed," Agnes told him. "Enjoy your titillation. Just keep being shallow and pretend I'm not even in the room."

She headed over to the kitchenette and started looking through the cabinets for a snack.

"I can change it," Hurley said. "Seriously. I just... I wouldn't... I don't want to just ignore people."

Agnes pulled out a bag of potato chips and started munching. "No, seriously, it's fine," she chuckled. She pointed at the screen. "But they're all hideous bitches in real life. You know that, right?"

"Probably," Hurley said. "I mean, believe me, when it comes to real people, I'm not looking for all that."
