Fourth floor common room, Tuesday evening

There was an air of smugness about Dean as he settled on the couch in the common room with lots of snacks and the tv remote.

He wasn't planning on watching anything in particular, just to channel surf and eat junkfood. Sometimes that's all one needed to have a good night.

Chuck had been on his way back from Hannibal's room when he spotted Dean. Well he couldn't just not talk to him. For one it was fun and for two...well, it was a lot of fun.

"Sam's pissed," Chuck said. That was probably obvious but he felt it was a good idea to warn Dean about it anyway.

"Talking to you tends to have that effect on a lot of people," Dean observed.

"Oh you're hilarious," Chuck said, rolling his eyes. "We made radio last night, apparently."

"What doesn't make radio around here?" Dean pointed out. In retrospect it was damned near miraclous that he and Alec had managed to sneak around as long as they had without squirrel outage.

"Point taken. I'm just saying, I didn't tell him anything. He just started bitching at me in the middle of class," Chuck said. He didn't know why he decided to sit down on the couch instead of just leaving, he just did.

"And you of course did nothing to egg him on."

"He started it," Chuck said. "He said I was going to hell. And then I kindly informed him of all the confessing I did last night."

"You are going to hell," Dean pointed out.

"That may be true but I'm certainly not going to end up there for fucking you," Chuck replied.

"Yeah but rubbing my brother's face in it might speed your trip," Dean said. He paused. "Or add to what you got to confess to."

"If you're trying to get me not to sin bringing up confession is not the way to go," Chuck said helpfully. "And I'll have you know I would have been happy to ignore him the entire class. He was the one who started talking to me."

"That's what Sammy does," Dean pointed out. "He talks to people."

"I'm fine with him talking to me." He enjoyed it, actually. "It's the bitchfacing and accusations that's irritating. He told me that it's my fault these things happen because you're not in control of your 'carnal impulses'."

Yeah, there were air quotes with that.

What? That was a totally valid greeting today.

Dean looked up at Sammy. "Go ahead, get the pissiness out."

"It's not pissiness. It's confusion. I don't get you," Sam said. "Kinky sex with Chuck? Seriously? You didn't have anything better to do last night?"

"Not really," Dean said after a moment's thought.

Sam sighed and sat down on the couch next to Dean. "Do you not hate him anymore? Because once is hate sex, but twice has to be something else."

"It's a good deed," Dean told him. "If he's occupied playing naughty altar boy with me, then he's not out there tormenting anybody else."

"I'm trying to get him into something vaguely resembling a normal relationship," Sam said. "I think my idea of a good deed is better."

"Also impossible," Dean pointed out. "Mine at least is rooted in actual reality."

"It's not impossible," Sam said. "You haven't met Blair, which is probably a good thing because she's kind of bitchy, but I swear, I think Chuck might have actual feelings for her deep down in that place where normal people have a heart."

Dean just stared at Sammy for a second.

"I'm serious, Dean. He wants to have sex with her and he hasn't yet," Sam said. "Can you imagine Chuck wanting something and not immediately taking it?"

"Are you seriously playing matchmaker for Chuck Bass?" Dean asked.
