Main Campfire; Sunday Evening
Penelope sat before the fire but her attention was on the Dreamer. He was seated not far from her, his smile faint, secretive; the same smile he's been giving her since she woke up to him yesterday morning.
She glanced back at the marshmallow she was roasting, not giving it much attention. It was hard to pay attention to anything else with him staring at her like he was.
"When are you going to leave?" she asked.
"When I'm ready," was his reply.
With a soft sigh, she felt her marshmallow slide off her stick and plop on the ground, a burnt melty mess.
The Dreamer chuckled and Penelope reached for another marshmallow.

He plopped down near her and smiled.
"You're a tricky girl to find," he said. "You're part ninja, aren't you?"
no subject
"No, not even a tiny bit ninja. Why are you looking for me?"

The Dreamer was suddenly very interested in this conversation.
"Who are you?"

"Hi..." Robin peered at Penelope uncertainly. "Penelope?"

"Why'd you change your nose?" Robin's banjo asked. It should be noted, that neither he nor Robin thought it strange that such a thing could be done. Simply that it was strange that it would be.

"Hey, everyone!" she greeted the crowd as a whole. "So who's got stuff changed into people?"

"Holy crap, your nose," she said, succinctly.

"I know," she said, grinning. "It's real. I promise."

The banjo, looking quite at home by a campfire in his overalls and straw hat smiled at her.

And she hadn't minded how, um... close they'd gotten last night either.
"Hey, Penelope."
"Hey, Penelope," the guys echoed.
no subject
"Hi, guys."
And then she giggled.

The Dreamer smiled, looked at Peyton before his eyes settled on Penelope again. They rarely left her.
"How are you doing? Or... that's kind of obvious isn't it?"
