The Valley Campfire: Monday Afternoon

Anyone coming across the campfire today would find Layla sprawled out on a blanket as she traced a convuluted route on a map of the Northeastern part of the United States. She was lying on her stomach with her feet up in the air as she munched on a snack of raisins and goldfish crackers

And while a fire wasn't lit in the firepit, there was a cooler of drinks and some goodies from J'GOB sitting on top of them for visitors to enjoy.

"Haven't gotten the honor, no," he said. "Frustrating guy?"

"Quite," Agnes agreed. "He's, um... Well, you really have to talk to him. Explanations can't do him justice."

"I think I'll stay away if I can help it," he decided. "I get angry easily."

"He is fun to laugh at," she added, "if you can stomach to be around him. The poor man, I don't think he knows how horrid he is."

"Ah, so he thinks he's great and can't see how shitty he is?" he asked. "I know guys like that."

"Oh,, yes," Agnes answered. "He's quite a character. How are YOUR classes?"

"Not too bad," he said, shrugging. "We had to dance in that one we're in together today. Not my favorite thing to do in the world."

"Mine, either," Agnes told him. "It's not really my thing."

"That whole damn class is weird but look who's teaching it, right?" he said, shaking his head. "The weird starts there."
