Andy felt in need of an evening of tv and munchies, surprisingly without an afternoon of smoking preceeding it. So he was sitting on the couch with a large array of candy and chips spread out around him, flipping through channels and looking for something that would hold his interest for more than few minutes.

"Yeah. Andy. And lots of candy is the best way to attack the munchies."

"Pleased to meet you, Andy." Omigod, he was a pot smoker! Because no one else could ever have the munchies unless they smoked weed. "I like the flavor of your munchies."

"I'm pretty much an equal opportunity guy when it comes to munchies," Andy said. "I'll try anything."

Oh. Maybe not a pot smoker. Maybe a semi-pot smoker who occassionally enjoyed lots of candy and chips. Elle so totally shouldn't judge.

She smiled. "Equal opportunity is totally personality worthy. I'm a sophomore. You?"

"Same. How long have you been here?" Andy asked.

"Since the beginning of July. I came in just in time for the second Summer Session. I'll try real hard, Andy, not to tell you any stories that I know might break you just a tiny bit."

"I don't break easily," Andy said. Mostly because he was often too stoned to shock.

Elle grinned. "Lucky you. First time I heard about the giant mutant alligators, I had nightmares for at least a week. And now that I mentioned them, I'll totally have one tonight, I just know it."

"Just think how many shoes you could make out of a giant mutant alligator," Andy offered.

There was a huge gasp as Elle sucked in air. "Omigod! You're totally right. Shoes and belts and purses and hair clips and messenger bags!"

"There, see?" Andy said with a smile. "It's all how in how you look at it."

"Omigod you're so super," she declared with a hyper little bounce. "What room are you in?"

"I'm in 326. We'll totally have to hang out and stuff," she exclaimed, all about making new friends and dragging them into her pink happy cheerful world.
