Hayley was having trouble sleeping again. She'd tried everything. Counting jumping sheep, counting sheep jumping in a minefield, the usual sort of thing. None of it was working. So Hayley padded out to the common room in her bright pink pajamas (thank you, Elle).

She turned on the TV, only to discover late night re-runs of Vanessa Saturn. Wow, TV had change a lot since her time...

"I'm Hayley," she said. "You got wonderful hair, Hinata."

She flushed. Almost dropped the juice container.

"Th-Thank you," Hinata said, pouring the juice out. "No one has ever said that before."

"I'm startin' ta think people around here are half blind," Hayley said. "Nobody's tried to neck with Elle, no one mentions your great hair, it's practically criminal!"

Her hair was super dark blue, Hinata just figured that since she was so quiet no one really noticed her in any fashion.

"Or maybe," she suggested, "they're so used to it that they don't think to s-say it?"

"Well, that'd mean they all think its gorgeous, right?" Hayley said. "That might be it."

The blush was never going to die at this rate, no.

"Here," she said, instead, bringing the juice over. "Mango juice f-for your enjoyment."

"Thank you!" Hayley said, taking the glass and sampling it with a sip. "Oh, that's delicious!"

Hinata laughed softly.

"Glad to have introduced you to it th-then," she said lightly.

"I'm gonna have to find and try an actual mango, now," Hayley decided.
