Samhain Celebration - Main Campfire of the Cabins, Sunday, Dusk

Having handwavilyomg put up some very, very poorly spelled signs with Tara for people to know about this, Merlin was more than happy to get things started.

If only because there had been some rather insistent candy yesterday and he'd tried some out of pity and now believed Halloween may be evil. So, there was that.

But he had everything all set up and hopefully there wouldn't be an attack of some also horrible sweet from his time. But this was Fandom, so that was an actual concern. Damn Fandom.

Chuck brightened up considerably when he saw that Raven had made it out here for this little celebration, bosomlicious or not, he was happy to see her and immediately started making his way towards her. He was especially happy tonight.

"I uh--" Chuck cleared his throat, and offered her a glass of mead with a slight widening of that hopeful grin. "Brought you a drink." You were supposed to get people you liked drinks, right? Little too flaily apparently, for greetings tonight.

"Thank you, Chuck," Raven said, smiling at him as she took the glass. "That was very nice of you."

"Oh, hey, I was happy to," he promised her. "I didn't know what you liked," he admitted, "so... I hope that's okay."

"Do you normally celebrate this sort of thing?" Samhaim wasn't one of those things Chuck was particularly knowledgeable about, if he was honest.

Raven took a sip of the mead. "I like this," she said. "I am very fond of tea, but this is pleasing as well." She looked around at the bonfires. "The celebration is new to me, but I am eager to experience it. We do not have parties such as this in Azarath."
