Girls with Guns [Wednesday after classes]

It had been a while, so Triela had gone the extra mile and brought food today. Tea and tasty little cookies and things. Not that she would eat many herself, too much sugar, but she hoped that others would enjoy them.

"Nothing special on the agenda today," she told people as they arrived. "We're just going to spend the day getting back into the habit of shooting. As always, you can borrow one of my guns if you need one. And, please, drink some tea and eat some food. Because I have to figure out what to do with anything that's left over."

Leda sipped some tea, and ate some cookies, and pondered the inner workings of a gun. There might just be a way to make one work with magic. Not that she could rightly say why she would be contemplating making a gun that would work in Faery. Because even a magical gun would be just as unpredictable as a regular one in Bordertown.

There is Momoko! She levitated into the range, the (latest piece of) Fizzing Whizzbees candy from her DADA class wearing off just as she reached the snacks.

"Tea! Perfect!" She made herself a cup and relaxed for a few minutes. If it could be considered relaxing, the way she was practically vibrating from all the candy she'd eaten on the way over.

Bang! Cookies didn't help her aim, but they didn't hurt it any either. And Dinah kind of found it soothing, after a while, just the concentration on one thing.

Helen was not out of practice. However, she was practicing especially hard today, just because it felt so good to blow holes in things.

Leda's aim hadn't gone off too badly due to her lack of practice. But it surely hadn't improved any. She had yet to try one of the larger guns, like a rifle, preferring to stick to handguns.

Momoko found she was still shooting at her usual level. Maybe she wasn't going to get better?

She hummed a cheerful tune and reloaded, wondering if she'd get in trouble for shooting while levitating with one of those candies. She was just itching to see how it would be different...

Algren helped himself to some tea, and then went about blowing holes in targets, while at the same time making certain the students weren't being idiots and blowing holes in each other.
