The Salle, Monday Morning

It ws morning, it was Monday, and Arthur was in the salle, going over the edge of his own sword to make sure it was still decent for actual combat. Sure, sharpening the thing wasn't strictly his job, but he liked to make sure just in case something showed up.

He was also still mildly cranky over the phone thing, but it wasn't like mildly cranky and Arthur were strange bedmates.

"Gah," Dinah said at that concept. "I don't think I want to know if they were telling people some of that stuff on purpose. I doubt it, though. Most people just sounded really confused." She grinned. "Remember Arthur killing his answering machine over this last year?"

Merlin just sighed. "Yes. Thank god he's moved past that."

"Sooooo far past. Now he's Mr. Text Message While I'm Drunk." WE HAF MEEED! Dinah still grinned at that memory. "You too, really. You'd never make that mistake with movies in the Common Room again. Aren't you glad there's newbies to make that mistake for you?" He wasn't even Porn Guy to most people any more!

"I hadn't realized he'd been drinking enough to send people texts when pissed," Merlin replied slowly. "And no one would make that mistake in the common room twice."

Dinah thought back, then snapped her fingers. "It was that time with the brownies. I got one from Francine that night too." Oh, Chuck. So much to answer for. "Nooo, they wouldn't. But there's always new people who will, so."

"That... was a rather long time ago now," Merlin replied carefully. "And I suppose that means I ought to try and warn people should they be tricked into it."

Dinah tilted her head, distracted by that, wondering, "I guess you could just warn people not to watch anything in the Common Rooms, if you haven't seen it privately first?"
