The Gym, Cheerleading Practice [Wednesday, After Classes]

Angela didn't have much else on her schedule for a Wednesday and for some reason (blame a good night's sleep and too much caffeine) an excessive amount of energy to let off, so early to the gym to pull out mats and set up it was. Any normal person would use a day off to be lazy and relax.

But, loud music, open space to move in and big mats to make use of... This was probably one of the best activities she could've asked for today to give her an outlet for all that excess pep.

Claire was stretching, but she could totally handle chatting if anyone was so inclined.

After going to Ronan's party last night, Hannibal expected to be hungover but, true to his word, Ronan hadn't been wrong about that Sunrise drink. He was still tired but feeling peppier than he usually did.

Not lazing today, but taking the more proactive approach to warm ups, bouncing on her toes and rolling her shoulders to loosen up.

Eventually there'd be a routine or two, but she was working up to that.

Harper was warming up, looking forward to burning off some energy.

Robin's warm up consisted of jumping as high and as far as he could.

Sam took his time stretching out, and looked around in case anyone needed his attention.

"Think it's about time we organised another event?" Of course Angela thought so.

"I think we were talking about a lock in a few weeks ago, weren't we?" Hannibal brought up. "That was fun last time. I can deal with sleeping on hard floors if I'm doing it for a good reason."

"I'd be up for a lock in," Didi piped up. "We get pizza and stuff, right?"

"Yep," Hannibal confirmed, nodding. "Pizza's just one of the thing we had last time. Lots of food, drinks and games. It was a good time considering it was school sponsored and all."

"I agree with it being time for another lock-in." Savannah was cheerful.

If you want that man with the incredible hair, when he pings in!

His hair was seriously incredible. It held knives, people.

Well, sometimes people like to watch.

Gunn had planned on coming into the gym for a workout.

Emphasis on "had".

Now he was mostly sitting back and enjoying the view. Nothing wrong with that, right?

Nothing at all, so long as he didn't mind getting disturbed from that by a cheerful Angela and her, "Not going to join in, fashion diva?"

Well, she didn't know his name, but she did remember his little performance in class. Girl loved to tease.

"Yeah. Me. Fashion diva," Gunn smirked as he rolled his eyes. "And here I thought everyone had forgotten that with all the craziness from the other weekend."

"Oh, I make a point never to forget a guy who compliments my designs," she told him. Usually she didn't have to, because boys were not into that sort of thing as a general rule.

"Yeah, keep in mind that the guy was gremlin bit at the time and I have no idea how fashion works," Gunn chuckled. "So really you were getting compliments from a crazy person."

"I'm going to pretend they still count for something," Angela told him. "It's good for my ego."

"You seem to have recovered, at least?"

Robin scampered up to Gunn, a gremlin mask in his hand. "Hi! I just wanted to let you know I'm not a real gremlin before I started practicing."

It's always halfway through OCD your boss comes up behind you with 'by the way, I have an impossible task for you'. Always, right?
