Angela didn't have much else on her schedule for a Wednesday and for some reason (blame a good night's sleep and too much caffeine) an excessive amount of energy to let off, so early to the gym to pull out mats and set up it was. Any normal person would use a day off to be lazy and relax.

But, loud music, open space to move in and big mats to make use of... This was probably one of the best activities she could've asked for today to give her an outlet for all that excess pep.

It was a beautiful day in Fandom, which meant that it was perfect weather for the Magic Reserves to spend sometime outside and having fun--while practicing magic, of course. "Kiss kiss," Karla greeted, once it seemed like everyone had assembled. "We're going to shake off those winter blues with a game today. We're going to play Capture the Flag!"

Merlin nodded cheerfully at that. "Use of magic or powers is acceptable and encouraged as long as you don't, you know, try to actually harm people."

"Green cookies for the winners!" Tony said, waving at a box of J,GoB cookies on a nearby table. Which were, in fact, green, and decorated with lifelike-looking shamrocks. "Or, you know, for anyone who wants a cookie." He pulled the top off a bin of the familiar flag football belts. "If someone grabs one of your flags, you're out. And to make it a little tougher, you can't grab the flag with magic or TK." He grinned at Kennedy if she was there.

"But you can use magic in other ways," Karla reminded, glancing curiously at the green cookies. "So be creative, okay? People may want to think back to other games we've played for inspiration. Have fun!"

[Now in the right comm! OCD up!]

Jack was celebrating his birthday by having mint-chocolate-chip ice cream and a shamrock-decorated cake. Mmmmm. Best birthday ever. He would share, if asked.

Okay, so Elena was late. And hadn't thought up a topic for this week. So, she was just going to go with it.

"Welcome back," Elena said. "These past few weeks have been so exciting that I thought we should do Q&A. Ask other people anything you want to know about their guns, or their history with guns! And then if nobody has any questions, let's just shoot things like the awesome chicks we are."

Yeah, so maybe it was going to be obvious that Elena hadn't thought up a topic for this week? Ah well. Shooting required no topic!
