Bobby was still uncomfortable enough in The Room He Shared With A Girl that he didn't want to just hang out in there to study. Because he was totally enough of a geek to be studying during the first week of classes.

But he was also enough of a guy to be studying while watching cartoons and geeking out over the fact that his mom couldn't come in and make him turn them off because they were violent and not necessarily all that progressive especially in their treatment of women. Bobby just wanted to watch things blow up and the bad guys lose which they did with amazing regularity.

He had Hot Pockets (not the nasty organic kind), cartoons and biology homework. Life was pretty darn good.

"Which'd probably cause issues, now that I think about it."

"Try not to think about it too much,' Bruce said. "Just keep it simple."

Of course, Bruce was already working through the very idea of true omniscience and decided that he could probably deal with it as long as it didn't endanger anyone.

"But complications are far more fun," she said, amused. "And nothin' ever stays simple anyway."

Like he could talk.
