First Floor Rec Room, Tuesday Morning
This was one of those mornings were Kate just woke up way too early and couldn't go back to sleep with the way thoughts were just whirring around in her head. After trying anyway, she'd given up and headed down to the salle for a half-mandatory pre-class practice session, intended to center her again, and maybe reduce her stress levels about whichever way certain people she wasn't even supposed to pay attention to were probably going to be interacting in class.
Even a good while spent attacking dummies hadn't killed all the time she had left before her class that was still hours away, though, and she found herself having a need to just take it easy now. With some video games. And the rec room was the perfect place for that since she'd never gotten around to hauling her XBox to Fandom even though it was just gathering dust back home. Not like Marshall ever played anything without her.
She parked her ass on a couch, controller in hand, and made herself comfortable.Meta for Little Big Planet was totally good practice for her reflexes too, right?
[ooc: Open like a rec room! ETA: There is a good chance of SP until my evening. Today is weeeird for me.]

Still yawning, he padded into the rec room when he spotted someone familiar. He didn't say anything because he was too busy flopping down beside her and stretching his legs out.
"Whatcha playing?" he finally asked, glancing over at here. "There any hookers you can beat up?"
Hey, those games were fun.

"Sorry, no," she said, glancing over. "Just a little guy made of felt running around. I think I saw a copy of GTA laying around somewhere though."

She was, however, very puzzled as to what she was doing.
"What are you doing?" she asked, making the previously line of narrative quite redundant.

Which explained why he swung by the rec room during prime sleeping-in hours. And found that someone had already beat him there.

"What'cha playin'?" There didn't seem to be any awesome explosions going on...

"Little Big Planet," she said, turning her attention towards the screen again. "And it's totally not lame."
