3rd Floor CR, Friday Night
When she came into the common room Friday night, Quinn hadn't expected more of it than maybe a movie or a bad TV show and some distraction to fill the time until they had to leave for Hawaii.
She could probably have watched a bad TV show, but she was temporarily waylaid by the dozens of boxes of Rice Krispies covering every surface.
"Fantastic," she said. "Somebody had a craving and didn't clean up."
And then, well, there was nothing to do but start poking through the cabinets for marshmallows to make some snacks. It was either that or start checking behind the couch for elves.
Quinn wasn't quite paranoid enough to think she heard giggling.

squeeful over awesome new canon eeeehad been spending a quiet evening in his room reading, but eventually, he felt a strange restlessness that drove him to his feet, into the hallway, and ultimately in the common room. And once he was there, he couldn't help but wondering if some sort of sixth sense lead him here to experience such a bizarre situation.
"I suppose," he couldn't help commenting, "we won't have to worry about running out of cereal any time soon..."

"At least not as long as we like Rice Krispies," she said. "I was going to try to make cookies with them. Want to help, or do you have better plans?"

She passed one of the many boxes over so Alexander could see what she meant.
"The question is," she added thoughtfully, "how many marshmallows we have."

Rilla wasn't really familiar with the idea of preservatives.

Because even though there would be a bit of gratification in that, Alexanders still had to clean the man's bedpans.
"I believe Quinn is on the right track," he offered, "in suggesting we make cookies out of them."

"This isn't a party with a very specific theme, is it?" Bruce asked.

She waved a hand over the counter. "Seriously, what would you do with that much cereal?"

Still. It'd be a little epic.
