Around the Cabins, Sunday Afternoon
Today Wesley felt like being outside. He didn't much mind where exactly, which was why he ended up wandering around the campgrounds, weaving between cabins in search of something to do. It had been a little while since he'd managed to get himself up and about, but today was the day and he was eager to make good use of it. The weather was nice and there was social interaction to be had.
Antsy? Him? Not at all.

"Hello," he said, only slightly taken aback. It was just that he hadn't done a whole lot of socializing lately, what with the hiding-in-his-room business. Nothing personal, Annie.

Okay, time to start over.
"I'm Wesley," he introduced himself, taking a seat beside her and holding out a hand for Annie to shake. There. That was social, right?

A beat.
"Though I suspect that could have something to do with the island moving," he conceded.

"Oh, hey Wesley," he greeted. "Just so you know, we really could've used a great guest like you on the show on Friday."

"Hello yourself," Wesley replied. "And -- oh? What happened?"
He couldn't say that the idea of guest-starring on a web show had ever occured to him, but then, he'd never even watched a web show, so.

"...Oh," he said. "Is that... that is... do you, ah, often have people sing while standing in pudding?"
Yeah, he had plans for the next... zillion iCarly shows. Sorry, Freddie.

Wesley took a moment to consider that, making sure to factor in the possibly-crazy girl he'd seen planning iCarly segments.
Finally, he said hesitantly, "I'm not sure I'd really have much to contribute..."

(Not that she knew Wesley well -- or at all, really -- but he was there and she was getting bored reading.)

Then he refocused, because, well, Cordy would certainly not be reading a book.
"Oh, no, nothing really," he hastened to say. "Just out for a walk."

[OOC: So sorry, power outage.]

"Just wandering," he said again, swinging his arms awkwardly. "The weather is very nice, though. I take it you're appreciating it?"
The book and sunglasses and porchside spot seemed to indicate yes.

After noticing him wandering for a while, Ariel, curious, had to go and ask It wasn't as though she herself was doing anything in particular right now for a change.

"What? Oh -- no, nothing," he laughed. "Just walking."

"Not really," he admitted ruefully. "Just... wandering, I suppose."
He wasn't out of it, per se. Just taking in the island. It was a beautiful day, and he'd been ignoring his surroundings for too long.
