Rock Band Party, Tuesday Evening, First Floor Rec Room

Karla and Warren had celebrated their return to their proper forms in the way that many teenagers would find appropriate: they'd headed back to the modern mainland, found a toy store, and bought a gaming system (or three). Along with the games they bought to go along with said system, they also picked up a few guitars, a keyboard, a drum set, and two microphones.

Once back in the rec room, the rest of the afternoon had been spent setting up the systems and buying every single song available for the game. Waiting for them to finish downloading actually took longer than the initial setting up, even taking in Karla's attempts to 'help'.

But now the system was set up, the songs were ready, and the instruments prepared.

Fandom High? Get ready to rock.

"Don't think I've forgotten that you promised to answer questions about what you can do." Marshall grinned at Billy. "I'll probably hold you to that."

"I don't mind. It's nice to be able to talk about it," Billy said. "I just hope I can answer your questions."

"I bet anything you can tell me would be interesting," Marshall said. "I mean, even if it has nothing to do with helping to find Josie or anything, it's just cool.

"Hey, you should at least let me buy you a coffee or something for letting me badger you about it."

Ooh, free coffee and a chance to discuss his abilities with someone? That was too good of an offer for Billy to refuse. "Well, you don't have to do that, but the coffee here's really good, so if you insist..."

Marshall nodded. "It would make me feel better about asking all the questions," he insisted. "And, hey, at least consider it payment for showing me where the really good coffee is?"

Because coffee is important!
