5th Floor Common Room | Saturday | Evening | August 13
After work, Bod had spent a few minutes in his room before the feeling to stretch his legs and go elsewhere caught him. He didn't go far though. The common room was empty which meant it was easy to spread out the Thai food Bod had picked up after he'd gotten off from the library. He'd ordered a lot for no other reason than it made good leftovers.
When he flipped on the television, he found that he couldn't find anything but a commercial about helping animals and a commercials advertising various weepy Hallmark movies. Bod had cycled through the channels three times before he realized that the television was completely insane and wasn't going to give him anything worth watching.
With a groan, he switched it off and decided he'd just eat and entertain himself by...talking to himself. It wasn't a serious conversation, at least. No, it was just Bod talking about what he had to do later and other inane things that weren't important.
It was better than watching those commercials though.

The other was the person whose voice she could hear as she neared the door. It didn't take long for her to figure out he didn't actually seem to be talking to anyone, though, and that made her raise an eyebrow and tilt her head quizzically.
She stopped in the doorway and tried to be inconspicuous, because eavesdropping was fun, okay?

It was all very exciting. He hadn't seen her or sensed her yet.

She was smirking once she made her presence known, stepping into the room. "Funny or classy boxers?"
no subject
"What?" he asked, raising both eyebrows. "Who's getting boxers?"

He cut himself off and shook his head. "I mean, are you all right? I just wanted to make sure you're all right. I wasn't laughing at you."

Because the search for the most embarrassing pair of boxer shorts never ended.

That...would never happen. He'd end up running out of the lingerie section of the store just to be able to breathe.
