5th Floor Common Room | Saturday | Evening | August 13
After work, Bod had spent a few minutes in his room before the feeling to stretch his legs and go elsewhere caught him. He didn't go far though. The common room was empty which meant it was easy to spread out the Thai food Bod had picked up after he'd gotten off from the library. He'd ordered a lot for no other reason than it made good leftovers.
When he flipped on the television, he found that he couldn't find anything but a commercial about helping animals and a commercials advertising various weepy Hallmark movies. Bod had cycled through the channels three times before he realized that the television was completely insane and wasn't going to give him anything worth watching.
With a groan, he switched it off and decided he'd just eat and entertain himself by...talking to himself. It wasn't a serious conversation, at least. No, it was just Bod talking about what he had to do later and other inane things that weren't important.
It was better than watching those commercials though.

He was laughing as he pulled her out of the common room and down to his room. He'd meant it when he said he didn't want to let her go tonight. He intended not to be far away from her at all.
It'd be a good night.
