Kappa Delta Gremlin Meeting, First Floor Rec Room, Tuesday After Classes

As the young women arrived in the Rec room for the sorority meeting, they'd find it nicely tidied, and decorated with blue and yellow balloons and streamers.

A table to the side held light snacks: crackers, cheese, vegetables, fruit, and the ubiquitous cookies, plus a pitcher of (so far unspiked) punch. Once everyone had gotten a plate and taken a seat in a rough circle, Quinn finally started to talk.

"Welcome to Kappa Delta Gremlin," she began. "Many of you might already know us, but -- since I see some new faces -- I'm Quinn Fabray, and this is my cochair, Rilla Blythe. Our faculty advisor is Miss Morrigan. We're here to help our school, grow as a community, and have fun. Thank you for joining us."

Rilla gave them all a little wave and put down the sock she'd been knitting (poorly). "I joined the sorority last fall when I was still fairly new to Fandom and it was such a help towards getting acclimated. Today we'll start off easy: with names, years in school, and your very favorite dessert." She smiled at the girl nearest to her. "We can start with you."

"And if you have any ideas for things you'd like to do this semester," Quinn interjected, "we'd love to hear those, too."

Sov didn't know what to expect, but this seemed nice and friendly. They picked up a some snacks and started to nibble on them a little nervously while looking aound the room.

On one hand, Annie wasn't completely sure what she was doing here. On the other, she was totally in a sorority! And there didn't even seem to be a humiliating rush period!

She would just be checking out who else was here, and wondering if they all had to call each other sisters.

Considering there were girls who went so far as to film the frat in an attempt to blackmail their way in, Tony felt the need to poke his head inside the room to see if the sorority was doing something horrible to their members.

Like make them watch those horrible CW shows...

"Here on a mission?" Quinn asked, trying to keep her tone flat. Normal. Casual. You know, liki she hadn't randomly made out with this guy when he looked totally different and she was out of her head.

"Hi, I'm Sov, I'm a sophomore and I think my favourite dessert is apple cake." Or at least among what was available here. "I don't really know much about what sororities are supposed to do so I'll be happy to hear what you suggest."

Coming up with something completely wrong would be embarrassing.

"I'm Hanna Marin, and I'm a junior," Hanna told the group. "I guess my favorite dessert is ice cream. And maybe we can have a fashion show or something. For charity."

Then she remembered the last fashion show she was a part of and shuddered. Maybe that wasn't such a good idea after all.

She had been informed this was a group for emancipated young ladies. The mentions of 'dessert' and the knitting, however, was not necessarily reassuring.
