2nd Floor Common Room, Monday Evening

The television was on in the common room. And there was a tiny god watching it.

That was not the strange part of what was happening, though. The strange part was what was on the television. It was a channel that proclaimed itself to be 'Logo' and the players upon the stage were men in dresses and made up as though they were women.

And yelling at each other quite a bit.

"Huh." He could only wonder if his brother knew of this.

"Oh yes, I have terrible designs upon the island," Loki replied dramatically. "Fire and brimstone!"

"Please. Fire's not really your style," Bobby scoffed.

"And what is, clever boy?"

"Well, you are a Frost Giant, or whatever," Bobby rolled his eyes. "I thought it was kind of obvious."

"I am also a god of Asgard. I do not think my dearest brother would like if I destroyed my school."

[longislandiceme]

"I don't think he particularly enjoyed all the times you tried to kill or seriously injure him either, but that never stopped you," Bobby pointed out.

"I believe you have me mistaken for my elder self," Loki corrected helpfully. "You have not the wit to realize, I am certain."

[longislandiceme]

"Oh, I realize just fine," Bobby shot back. "The key word there is self. As in, still you."

[abitlowkey]

"Oh, I am certain you are the expert on these matters..."

[longislandiceme]

"If by expert you mean someone who realizes refusing to take responsibility for your actions by blaming it on your 'elder self' is total crap, then sure," Bobby acknowledged.

Loki's eyes went narrow as he turned his full focus on Bobby.

"And you know ever so much about who I am, do you not?" he asked icily. "My responsibility is not to make you feel better for whatever it is that has you up in arms. My responsibility is for my action, not that of the one who came before me."
