2nd Floor Common Room, Monday Evening

The television was on in the common room. And there was a tiny god watching it.

That was not the strange part of what was happening, though. The strange part was what was on the television. It was a channel that proclaimed itself to be 'Logo' and the players upon the stage were men in dresses and made up as though they were women.

And yelling at each other quite a bit.

"Huh." He could only wonder if his brother knew of this.

"They were..." Butters consider the options, "Brazilian pirates. Which wasn't as bad as the Somalian pirates; those guys were, like, hardcore. I don't think costume pirates kidnap Americans for ransom, Kenzi."

Butter's life. It was like... unadulterated crack, jeez.

"Who paid the ransom? Dude, if I'd known you were kidnapped I would've ... called the police or something!"

"No one did," Butters said. "Dad says he doesn't negotiate with terrorists. So I just taught them the value of taking pride in hard work and that there are better ways to be successful than kidnapping Americans and they let me go."

Unadulterated crack only covered the tip of the iceberg...

"Buh." Kenzi stared at him, marveling. "Only you, Candy... so did you ever get to the beach the whole time?"

"Not really," Butters admitted with a big sigh. "But that's okay, too. I'd have burned right up like a tater tot. I bet you had a good time, though, Kenzi. You didn't wind up in Brazilian jail or nothin', did you?"

"Amazingly enough, no!" Kenzi grinned. "Brazilian cops are evidently not as scary as pirates. And I partied my little heart out, and brought back prezzies for people. If I'd known you'd had such as sucky sucky time, I would've brought you candy, Candy."

Yeah, candy with a razor blade stuck right in it or something. Or drugs. Butters shook his head, feeling really, really glad that Kenzi didn't know that he had a sucky time.

"That's okay," he said. "Candy's not good for your teeth."

And Kenzi wasn't good for his health.

Oh come now. Kenzi brought chocolate for Jono-- that nearly made him unconscious, but...

ANYWAY.

"You should come by the store! And get something to have fun with." Kenzi grinned. "Or Caritas, and some Jell-O."
