After waking up around 3 (DON'T YOU JUDGE HIM), Cade put on pants (you're welcome), ran his hands through his hair (it was like combing it, okay?) and wandered down to the common room in search of Cocoa Puffs.

He flipped on the television for background noise and stopped and stared at the woman with a glowing skirt as she sang in some language he didn't recognize.

"What the kark is this?" he muttered to no one, pouring milk into the box of cereal and digging in with a spoon.

It was Eurovision, Cade.

"...What are you watching?" Atton asked a few moments later, as he wandered in to see a woman in a wedding dress bouncing cheerfully across the stage.

"No idea, but she's showing off some interesting underwear," Cade offered. "I think she thinks it'll help her get married?"

"It's very pink," Atton said, sitting down on the sofa. "She's got nice legs."

"She does," Cade agreed. "I'll miss her. They move right along on this."

And then there were girls kissing.

"Huh."

Cade applauded wildly. "Now this is entertainment," he decided.

"Strike one for Earth," Atton agreed whole-heartedly. "Think there'll be more of this?"

"I hope so because I'm not planning on moving," Cade decided.

"Do we have food that's not healthy?" Atton asked, eyeballing the cereal.

Natalie's player couldn't resist this had been on her way up to the roof for a smoke. But, there was noise coming from here, so she poked her head in.

"... Something tells me I'm going to have to root for Finland for reasons that won't make sense to most."

"She's got nice legs," Atton informed her from the sofa, shrugging.

"Well, so have I," Natalie retorted dryly as she made her way into the room. "That's reason enough."

"And I was merely deciding on an easy reasoning for a meta preference for a country," Natalie replied. Before taking a seat on another couch. "Keep up, Atton."

Long couple of days. Being flippant happened.

"I have no idea what that means, but I don't care," Atton replied. "Anyway, I--"

And then Spain happened.

"...Ow."

"... She's not even really trying, is she?"

Natalie had Opinions on music. Water was also wet.

"That, or she's doing it on purpose," Atton said. "Audio warfare."

"I wasn't aware Europe was that bad right now. But the dress is okay, at least."

"If so, start cheering," Cade said. "Is that what they wear in Finland?"

She was no expert, but she really doubted it was.

"And they kiss girls? Because if so, I'm moving there tomorrow."

Not that he knew where Finland was.

Natalie could not say she was surprised. "I think you can find that sort of thing happening just about anywhere. And you're not going to get to watch."

"Probably not." A beat. "Paying them is a whole different thing. But that's prostitutes."

"Oh, I don't have to go to Finland for prostitutes," Cade overshared. He turned his attention back to the television. "Oh, she's not showing her underwear."

What kind of show Cade thought this was was probably better not to ask about...
