Second floor common room, Sunday morning
Cecil hadn't slept this poorly in ages. Whatever it was in his head - and it sounded like a nervous cocktail party whispering all over - had kept waking him up. Finally, he gave up and stumbled out to the common room for some coffee and cereal.
And maybe some bad TV. He couldn't really concentrate enough to listen to something good on the radio.
[OOC: Open common room!]

She was going to try and see if she could find a friendly face to do that hanging out with, first. Which was why she had the hood of Chuck's hoodie pulled up over her head when she stepped into the second floor common room.
"Oh good," she said, when she saw who was there. "Hi, Cecil!"

Good? He...wasn't so sure about. But it was definitely morning.

"You okay?" She asked as she sat down. "You look like haven't slept . . . possibly ever."

He'd remember in a second you weren't generally blue in public, Raven. He just wasn't terribly awake yet.

Her brother was a telepath. She might be able to offer Cecil some tips.

And there was something else that reminded him of. Something... "Oh!" He looked at Raven. "Did you mean to be all...you today, or did somebody else, um, get your stuff, too?"
He winced. //Not good with words. No words. More coffee.// He was gonna get right on that.

And forcefully out your secrets. Raven was going to be pretty annoyed about that for awhile, yet.

"I don't like being...um. On my toes."
Cecil got up and made another cup of coffee, then brought it over with cream and sugar and all next to it.
"Did you get," he waved vaguely, "anything?"

Cecil listened to radio. He knew who one of the biggest jerks currently on the island was.

If nothing else, he looked like he needed a break. Two days was a very long time to go without peace and quiet in your own head.
