Fourth floor common room- Thursday evening
Gwen figured that as a treat for surviving most of her first week here (literally and figuratively), she'd just use a little bit of the spending money she'd been given before coming here to order a pizza, because she didn't feel like trying to cook.
When the delivery guy showed up with several she'd figured they were for deliveries elsewhere, but then there was a conversation including sentences such as "I only ordered one. One small," and "I'm not paying for all these," and "How do you even make money?"
Long story short, Gwen had a bunch of pizzas and she was only one girl so someone was going to have to help her with these.
[Possibly a little slow till after work but whatever, open CR!]

Because if he'd done it more than once....

She did love a good little-girl-who-got-kidnapped-gets-revenge story. Not that there were many of them, but still.

Pause.
"Maybe that's just me."

She wasn't sure if she'd even met someone most people would consider 'normal' here, anyway.

Technically she had two, also, but glowing hair wasn't a power in comparison to setting oneself on fire. It was more like...a party trick.
"It doesn't hurt, right? The fire part?"

"And technically, the fire lets me fly. It's too tchnical for m, personally."

Somehow in the face of a guy who was literally on fire, being secretive about her own powers seemed dumb. Not that she was going to just come out with it, but still. "I bet it's from the propulsion. Your flying, I mean. I've read a little bit about that kind of stuff." Because of course she had. She hung out with Barry a lot. "But I've never met -- wow, Johnny, that is really neat."

No offense to Anders, though. She still thought fireballs trumped glowing hair.
