The Deck, Thursday afternoon

It was spring. Okay, not the warmest spring day ever, but the trees were coating themselves (and everything else) in green and Raven was nearly done with her classes for the semester, and that was good enough for her to be stretched out on one of the chairs on the deck with a pitcher of Arnold Palmer and a novel, mimicking a nice pair of shorts and a checkered blouse tied off just above her navel.

Why, yes, she did look rather like a pin-up girl. That was pretty much the point.

[ooc: idk, Raven hadn't gotten out in a bit and I still have 8 hours left on my shift. Open deck!]

"Alright, then." Raven shifted to face him, giving him a studiously interested look. "Let's hear it."

"Someone nice," he said, taking the challenge since she'd asked for it. "Sweet and cuddly and attentive but open minded."

"So you think I want an actual teddy bear."

"I think you wouldn't turn a teddy bear away," he replied, shrugging. "Am I wrong?"

"I don't know. Some teddy bears can be just as insufferable as mean boys."

"Too bad teddy bears are plain boring then," Ronan sighed. "At least the mean ones are interesting."
