Second floor common room, Friday evening

There were a lot of things Lana should be looking up and learning about - this "prom" thing, some of the local sites that might be interesting, even Jedi diplomacy back home (she was really wondering after class today). Instead, she had ordered Chinese food (and naturally gotten enough for at least eight people) and settled in in front of the TV.

All it wanted to show, for some reason, were local food shows. Especially one about a man who went to different celebrations everywhere and ate very odd foods. It was oddly fascinating.

Hey, even a Sith needed a vegging evening sometimes.

It was hard to miss the smell of Chinese food from the hallway as Astrid passed by on her way back to her room after her shift, which did a very good job of reminding her that she hadn't had dinner yet. So she backtracked a little, poked her head through the door to see who was there before walking in.

"Hey, Lana. Any leftovers?"

Of course she already knew the answer to that, or else she wouldn't have asked.

Or she was about to be really surprised, because once you started to figure out just how this place worked...
