Second Floor Common Room - Saturday Morning
This past week had been the best week of Guillermo’s life, he had a lot of cool classes and had met even cooler people, including his roommate and now that he had settled in and and he and Kurt had been decorating their dorm room, he decided to test out the kitchen facilities in the common room and with that he selected a couple of familiar recipes to try.
After making a stop in town to pick up some ingredients, he went about making enchiladas and quesadillas. He was making extra to so that there could be left overs and enough if anyone wanted to try some.
In between the cooking though, he was absolutely practicing his jazz hands since he had been very much inspired by the holiday pageant that they had watched in class yesterday and he was getting rather into it.

"You like the jazz hands too? In that play in class, I mean. They really fit. Oh, that smells nice!"

Because that was absolutely the advice Guillermo should be following.
“Hey thanks,” he grinned and indicated his cooking, “I’m making enchiladas and Quesadillas, there’s more than enough to go round if you’d like to have some?”

Said the prince with a substantial royal allowance.
"And thanks! I really suck at cooking myself, and that does look good. Um... what is it?"

“I know that’s what I was thinking, can’t beat a good discount,” Guillermo grinned, even though technically he was on a scholarship and most of his expenses were covered.
“Oh I love cooking,” Guillermo told him, “I’m doing a cooking class on Mondays but I thought I’d try out the kitchen here and these are Mexican dishes, they’re pretty popular in my culture , I make them all the time at home with my mum,” he explained.

Kiem was a terrible disappointment to his mother the general, and couldn't imagine them ever doing something like cooking together, and not only because they would actually both be bad at it.
