Marty flips the channel on to some Keanu Reeves movie.

Rory, bored, wanders out into the common room with a very active Vladdie.

"Stupid nocturnal pet. Hey, Marty. Sam. What's shakin'?"

Parker wanders in, wearing the "I'll be using THESE to my advantage" T-shirt, looking around. "What are we watching?"

"Keanu Reeves and my dog being an idiot," Rory replies, waving.

Janet walked in, yawned, and waved at everyone. "Can't sleep. Too much caffeine today." She was wearing pajamas and a pair of slippers over thick socks.

Parker is now watching the movie, totally confused. "What are they trying to do? And why didn't he want Trinity to go in? The hell?"

Broots happened to be on his way upstairs when he heard that. "Trinity? You're watching the Matrix?" He still has the dark shades on his head.

Xander enters, a bag of just-popped microwave popcorn in one hand, and a small terrarium -- the portable kind with a carrying-handle built into the lid -- in the other. Within the tank is a small green frog.

"I kinda always lose track of the actual plot once the slow-motion bullet-dodging starts," he says, taking a seat near Parker and setting the frog-tank on a table to his right. "Popcorn?" he offers, opening the bag and holding it out.

*Hamlet enters the common room, feeling an odd burning sensation in his ears. It's as though someone was recently talking about him. He glances at the TV.*
