Wednesday night, Gym
To Alanna's delight, the gym had been empty when she had entered it. No one there, no one to ask questions on why she had been allowed to keep a sword. No one to ask questions, no need to get angry and therefore violent. Alanna quickly stretched and began working on a series of exercises Duke Gareth wanted her to practice. She was pretty intent on her work and would have some trouble noticing if the sky fell on her.

"That's an idea." Alanna replied, settling down on to the floor. "And the spell went...well, it went. I was picking up Radio Tokyo for a while. And BBC. And static. Hey, no big on the evesdropping, if people didn't talk, the walls would fall down." Alanna's mouch twitched into a half-smile. "Glad you liked the book. No idea what holiday you celebrate. Actually, I think try one of the spell went well. Just, a bit wrong."

"I'm not getting fat, stupid Crichton." He grumbles before getting on the tread mill and raising the pace.
