Second Floor Common Room

Rory, bored beyond all reason, wandered out to the common room.

She sat on the back of a couch and flipped onto it, keeping her legs hooked over the back.

She started watching Enchanted. Upside-down.

She would totally welcome any interruptions.

"Might feel differently after classes have started," he reminded her, grinning. "So live it up while you can."

Molly made a face. "Yeah, classes. Yay," she deadpanned then sighed, "I haven't had homework in so long, I'm probably going to need a tutor."

Deciding that she had finally spent enough time upside-down, Molly flipped herself onto the floor. Feeling dizzy, she held onto her head. "Whoa. Head rush."

"How long?" Krycek finished playing fetch with Vladdie and turned to talk to her with a little more focus. "Just over the summer or did you take some time off?"

Molly looked at him like he had lost his mind. "We've had this conversation already, remember? I ran away three years ago and haven't been back to school since and I only came here because the other kids I lived with all finally decided to go to college." She rolled her eyes at him as she readjusted her hat.

"Right. Sorry." He grimaced. "Completely forgot. Anyway, if it's been that long, then yeah, might be a bit difficult. Are you looking for a tutor already?"

Molly continued to sit on the floor and leaned back against the couch. "Nope. I'll probably talk to the teachers for each of my classes and see who they recommend. Unless there is, like, a tutoring center here or something." She shrugged. "I didn't read through all of the information they gave me so I don't know about that."

"I haven't heard of one, but there's probably a few people who can help you." He considered a moment, then shrugged. "If you need any before you find a dedicated tutor, I can probably do it. Know what classes you're taking?"

Molly's face lit up. "Really? That would be awesome! I haven't picked up my schedule yet, but it looked like I was going to get all of the classes I signed up for. Let's see, Beginners' Math, History 101, Intro to Archeology, Paleontology and Creature Languages. You think you can help me with any of those?" She looked at Krycek hopefully.

"Creature languages, not so much, since I just know English and Russian," he admitted, smiling. "Archeology maybe, History and Math most likely won't be a problem, though it's been a while since I had either class myself."

"Super!" Molly said as she bounced to her feet. "I'll still talk to my teachers, but I'm holding you to that if I end up needing help. Now though I'm going back to my room. I going to see if the info I have says anything about a tutoring center. Thanks a lot Alex."

Molly headed out of the room as soon as their conversation was over.

Nodding, he finally picked up his pen and pointed it at her. "Sure thing." Krycek grinned. "Just hope that all the pertinent information hasn't changed in fifteen years." He stuck the pen in a pocket and waved genially. "Oh, I'm in room 230 if you need anything else. See you later, Mlooy Molly!"
