Third floor common room, Wednesday night

Angela has a beautiful copy of Handmaid's Tale to flip through, a kitty curled up next to her and purring, a fresh episode of Vanessa Saturn to watch, and soda and candy to munch on.

Yet, strangely, she is not smiling. Perhaps it is just because she isn't on the FLOOR OF AWESOME, but she seems vaguely uneasy.

"I don't think you will," Rory said. "I mean, she forgave me. And I vote for a happier topic. How did things go with you and Marty? Anything you care to share?"

"But you apologized," Angela pointed out, before dropping the topic.

"And ... um, there was Chinese food, and champagne, and .... yeah. I really missed him," Angela said, pinkening. She glanced over at Anakin. "We can talk about what you would have done if you had someone later, if you want."

Rory shot a look at Anakin, leaned closer to Angela and whispered, "There was sushi and champagne and glitter stars and dancing and candles and...details in the library tomorrow when no one might be listening?"
