Another uneventful day in Fandom. Krycek was flipping channels and, oh, hey, MTV2. And they were actually playing music. Granted, it was the Macarena, but beggars shouldn't be choosers.

Maybe, just maybe, it wasn't the best idea to see if he could actually remember how the dance went while in the middle of the common room. But then this wouldn't be Fandom. And he was still sitting on the couch, so he could always just pretend he was just flailing at the tv...

Aeryn's on her way back to her room... and stops. Because she's not sure what's going on, but she wonders if she shouldn't call a doctor.

Krycek paused in his dancing flailing as someone seems to be watching and coughed, nonchalant. "Hey, Aeryn."

"Hi," she says casually. "Seizure?"

"...Sure. That sounds reasonable," he said, nodding. "Long time no see, by the way."

Cameron wanders in not long after Aeryn. "Yo, guys. What's going on?"

"MTV2 is playing bad music," Krycek said. "Otherwise, nothing. Nothing at all." He sounded very firm on this topic.

"This is new?" Cameron raised an eyebrow.

"Not really," he said, shrugging. "Anything going on with you?"

"What are you watching, dude?" Logan asked, wandering over to the vending machine.

"Nothing! It's just on," Krycek said, reaching for the remote as he spoke.

"Sure, Alex," Logan peered at the selection in the vending machine and poked the button for some off-brand carrot cake.

He flopped down on one of the couches to watch TV.

"You know, you could leave it on but just try turning the sound off," Xander suggested as he flopped down at the end of couch. "That's always improved the Spice Girls for me."

Krycek pursed his lips and, with remote in hand (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhighdorms/522654.html?thread=26295198#t26295198), pushed the mute button.

"Yeah, that's nearly 100% improvement," Krycek said, now that he didn't actually have to listen to them singing.

"The visual's always nice there," Xander said agreeably. "You just have to pretend something that's actually music is playing when their lips move."

Very much used to not visiting the common room that frequently, because her player never has time D'anna was content with continuing the pattern. However, she wasn't content with the level from within it as she passed. So she stuck her head in, intent upon suggesting someone turn it down.

Krycek might have noticed her but for being nudged (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhighdorms/522654.html?thread=26317470#t26317470) into performing humiliating acts of dorkitude.

Finally everyone was dancing (or sitting on a dancing chair) and the volume turned up a bit louder. If you looked carefully, you might even see the shape of a girl dancing along with the music. But what? You thought that would be it? Think again. Once more the song changes on the television and maybe this might mean something.

The doors to the common room slammed shut.

Xander watches the doors slam shut, and sighs, palm to his face.

After ghostiness

Xander, due possibly to some passing insanity, did not leave the common room the moment the doors opened. Instead, he was sitting on the couch, staring at bunny!Logan.

Who still had a carrot-cake wrapper on top of his head, where the ghost had dropped it.

Xander was trying to decide whether to be kind and take it off, or leave it, because it did kind of color coordinate well with his fur.

Parker was walking by on her way out to the beach, when she caught sight of the bunny. "Awwwww."

Then she saw the necklace. And started cackling. "Again?"

Xander nodded. "Apparently. We had a ghost in here too, a bit ago; dunno if that's what did it, or..." He shrugged. "Spontaneous bunnification? Who knows."

"Please tell me this is a bad joke," she said to no one in particular as she entered the room.

Logan spotted Veronica from where he was hiding under the couch and hopped over to her.

"Only if it's the kind of joke that ends in "Make a noise like a carrot," Xander told her.
