2nd Floor Common Room [Wednesday Evening]
Bridge is in the Common Room, notebook on his lap as he studies for finals.
Of course, he'd probably be better able to focus on studying if the TV wasn't on. But there it was.

He paused and decided to be honest. "Or I'm climbing the walls. Obi-Wan takes that as another opportunity to meditate."

He smirked. "I make things better. It's a whole different thing. Not that Obi-Wan appreciated my work with the food unit on that trip we took out to Kashyyyk. It would only spit out sugary cereal for me." He shrugged. "I was eleven."

He blushed, suddenly shy. "I'm kind of good with my hands like that."

"Y'know, it's almost too bad about the whole Jedi thing...I know someone who'd recruit you here in a heartbeat."

He ran a hand through his hair. "Well, for me at least, being good with mechanics is linked to the Jedi thing. I can kind of, um, see how things work--what's broken, how to make them better." He shrugged. "I didn't know that's what I was doing when I was little, but yeah, I was tapping into the Force to fix stuff."

"You have a gift that makes you a better mechanic? I'm so jealous!" Sam looked at her hands, then wiggled her fingers, "I have to make due with what I've learned on my own
and what Jolinar has stuck into my head after she died."no subject
He waved his hand and the cupcake wrapper lifted from his lap and began to spin around. "The same gift that lets me manipulate the molecules of this wrapper lets me, well, manipulate the molecules in Rory's car's engine." He shrugged and let the wrapper drop back down. "It's just part of who I am. It's kind of hard to explain."

He looked at her. "You know? It never even crossed my mind that the Force might not work here."

He looked a little frustrated. "Obi-Wan is better at these kinds of explanations."

He stretched his arms over his head and glanced at his chrono. "I should probably get back to studying now, though."
