Friday early evening, The Roof, Dance Party, Pippi's Birthday, StuCo we survived! Party

Walter and Nadia had done their shopping at All and Sundries and Walter has theme decorations and treats for a pirate's birthday. StuCo has supplied Chinese food (on Cinco de Mayo) and there is pirate themed music because the Schottische is obligatory tonight.

Come, eat, drink, celebrate surviving a school year and the birthday of Fandom's favorite girl pirate.

Hey, that rhymed! She should be a rapper!

"You mean... like this?" If anything he felt silly doing it, but he attempted some step movements.

"That's it," Nadia nodded her approval. "But do you know what the true secret of dancing is? Looking like you know what you're doing even when you don't. Fake it until you make it."

And there went the rhyming, again.

"Alright," he continued with what he was doing until he stopped mid-step, looking up at Nadia. "Hey, you said you'd do this with me!"

"That's right, I did." Nadia grinned. "Okay, let's dance." She started bopping about a bit, stepping from one foot to the other and wiggling her hips.

Having Nadia beside him surpressed the silly feeling some, and even then Alphonse had to admit to himself it was kind of fun. He started getting into the music a little more and, while the steps he was doing was not too similar to what Nadia was doing, improvised anyway.

"Great!" Nadia spun around in a circle. "Now add in arms!"

"Oh, right!" It took him a bit to figure out how to throw arms into the mix, but further put his mad improvising skills to the test.

Nadia grinned and kept dancing.

Alphonse looked over his shoulder to see how Nadia was doing. "You're pretty good at this," he commented.

"Thanks! I dance a lot."

"Oh, I didn't know! But I guess we haven't run into eachother enough for me to know, huh?"

"I guess not. We'll have to hang out this summer."

"Yeah, definitely. I think I've realized I need to get my nose out of the books more often since I've been missing out on a lot of stuff."

"Definitely! We have to have adventures!"

"And maybe even go into town. I think I've been outside school grounds all of two times."

"Really? Well you have to come visit me in the store! Or we could go to Caritas!"

"I could! I've been wanting to go to Caritas with someone or a group for a while now, but the plan hasn't been followed through with yet. I'd really like to, though!"

"We should go next week, maybe? Or this weekend, before graduation!"

"This weekend, definitely! Ivanova's going to be leaving, and I'd like to bring her along before she goes. And with anyone else that comes-- it could be our own little hangout before summer begins and people go."

"That's a perfect plan." She could arrange another not-date with Walter. "We should go tomorrow night!"

He nodded. "All right, that works for me!"

"Yay!" Nadia kept dancing. "Hey, you should sing, too!"

Alphonse paused, looking sheepish at her. "I don't really know any songs, either."

When it came to the arts? He wasn't exactly up-to-date.

"Any songs? You have to know one song at least,"
