2nd Floor Common Room Kitchen - Afternoon

Elizabeth was pretty much fed up of doing nothing.

She pulled out a folder of recipes, and having checked ingredients and *handwavily* buying what she was missing, she headed to the kitchen to hopefully not create a disaster.

Not sure if Jamie might be doing another movie marathon, Willow went down to the 2nd floor common room.

She saw somebody trying to cook. "Oh. Um. Hi! Am I interrupting?"

Elizabeth turned around, and smiled at the unfamilar girl. "No, not at all. Hi. I'm Elizabeth."

Cally waved to the new girl. "Hello new person!" She smiled, warmly. "I'm Cally. But if you plan on looking me up in the student directory, that's my last name."

"Hi, new person!" Anders called out, waving at Willow. "Sorry I don't have cupcakes today!"

Jack spotted another person he hadn't met and took steps to fix the situation. "Hello, beautiful red-haired girl that I don't know."

After visiting the fifth floor, Parker went back down to her own, and looked thoughtfully at Willow when she caught sight of her. "Willow Rosenberg, I assume?"

"Is this how you stave off boredom, Elizabeth?" Peter asked as he came into the Common Room.

"It's my latest attempt, yes," Elizabeth said, smiling. "How are you today, Peter?"

Cally waved to Peter. "Any inanimate objects insult your family today?"

"Peter!" Willow waved. "Fought any giants lately?"

Cally yawned and wandered into the common room that was still right next door to her own room.

"Hello people!" Cally said, before eyeing Liz's open cookbook. "Ooooh, whatcha making?"

"Pyraniki," Elizabeth replied. "Cookies."

In search of people, and despite spending lots of time in other common rooms over the last week, force of habit still sent Isabel to the second floor. "Hi Elizabeth! Hi Willow!"

"Hey, Isabel. How's things?"

"Um, hi?" Willow said. She looked worried. "I'm sorry, I guess I've forgotten your name."

"Hi Izzy!" Cally waved with a bit of enthusiasm. "We totally have more in common than I knew!"

Peter bowed to the pretty blond girl he hadn't met yet. "Good afternoon."

Anders came bouncing through the doorway of the common room, grabbed the remote for the TV, and plunked himself down onto a couch.

"People! Why is the TV off? There's baseball on!"

"Hi, Anders. Nice to see you too," Elizabeth said, grinning. She didn't look across at Cally.

Sam followed her nose into the common room where she saw a bunch of people and Elizabeth baking...something. She wandered over and peered into the mixing bowl. "Watcha making? Need a hand?"

"No thanks, I'm fine," Elizabeth said quickly. "I'm making pyraniki."

Bridge wanders in to the common room, a knapsack slung over one shoulder. Some people might recognise what this usually means.

"Hi!" Buffy entered a few minutes after him and beamed at him. She was people, right?

Jack wandered into the common room, spotted Elizabeth in the kitchen and headed over to her. "Elizabeth! Where's my hug, and can I help?"

Elizabeth brushed flour off her hands and grinned, before hugging him. "I like this greeting," she said. "And those have just gone in, so the only helping you'll be able to do is going to be testing once they're cooked and cooled off."

Buffy was very - dare I say? - cheery today. She was also carrying a notebook and a pencil around. Notebook contained at the moment: Six names, many heart doodles, stake doodles and the name Jeffrey with angry vampire face next to it.

Hamlet looked over at the blonde girl and her notebook. Yet another new kid. How many of them were there?

"Are you working on homework all ready? The summer semester will not begin for a few days yet."

Hamlet wandered into the second floor common room, carrying a book of short stories by Edgar Allen Poe.

"There's some cooking in here today? Is anything good being made?"

Because she figured it was about time she hung out in her own common room for once Paige wandered in and smiled when she saw Elizabeth cooking, "looks like someone's being productive, what are you making?" she asked.

"Someone is bored," Elizabeth admitted. "I've just finished making pryaniki and we might move on to medyanki next."

Parker nodded to Liz as she came in, in a better mood after a night's sleep and some more exercise. "Hey. What carnage are you attempting here?"
