The Gym - Late Friday Morning

Because what was a morning without going to the gym?  Peter wasn't sure he wanted to find out.

So he headed down there after getting up and started his warm up.  After a few minutes, he began running through sword drills working his way from the easiest forms to the most difficult he knew.

Alec grinned suddenly. "Good to hear. So when are you from, anyway? The where seems pretty obvious already."

"You can tell that I'm Russian just from my accent?" Peter replied with a wink. "1940, but I didn't learn how to use a sword there. You?"

"2015," he said, snickering. "That's right about the time of World War II, right? Swords weren't all that useful then except for melting, so where's that come from?"

"Nothing more than your typical Fandom tale of wandering into a harmless piece of furniture and ending up win a different - medieval and magical - dimension or world or something. I learned swordwork there," Peter said. "And 2015? Are you part of that police officer from the future thing like Bridge and Z?"
